What is Pay Now?
Pay Now is a service that you can use to securely pay your policy premium online.
Do I need to enroll in Pay Now to make a payment?
No, you do not enroll to make a payment. With this service you can make a one-time payment using “Pay Now”.
What information do I need to make a one-time payment?
You will need your policy number(s) and the date of birth of the primary insured on the policy(s).
How do I make a payment?
Enter policy number and the date of birth of the primary insured to locate your account. On the “Make Payment” screen the amount due will prefill in the Payment Amount field. Click on “Add a Payment Method” link and add your bank or credit card information then click “Continue to Payment”. On the next page, verify the payment information, agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Service, and click “Make Payment”.
How do I view my invoice?
The ability to view invoices is not available at this time.
Can I set up automatic payments?
This service only allows for one-time payments to be made.
How will I know if a payment made through Pay Now has been successfully processed?
Once you have completed the payment through Pay Now, you will receive a confirmation email informing you the payment is being processed.
How do I save my financial information for another payment in the future?
Once you add bank or credit card information on the “Add a Payment Method” screen click on the box “Remember Me”.
How do I update my financial information?
If you want to use different financial information to make a payment you will need to update bank or credit card information by selecting the “Add a Payment Method” on the “Make Payment” screen.
Can I change my payment date?
All payments processed before 12:00pm EST will be credited to your policy on the same day. Payments made after 12:00pm EST, or on a weekend/holiday, will be credited to your policy the following business day. You cannot change the payment date.
