PayerExpress is a website that you can use to securely pay invoices online.

PayerExpress is a blind pay tool that allows you to make a payment without setting up an account.

What methods of payment are offered by PayerExpress?
PayerExpress allows you to pay your bill using a credit or debit card, or you can have funds drawn directly from your checking or savings account. 

How do I pay an invoice from the PayerExpress website?
It’s easy to a pay an invoice from the PayerExpress website:

·        Enter your unique 9-digit Customer ‘Sold-to’ Number, which is displayed on your invoices, order acknowledgments, and quotes

·        Enter Customer Name and Email Address

·        Enter Payment Amount (in US dollars)

·        Click the "+Enter" link to select your payment method

·        Select “Bank Account” or “Card Account”, enter required fields and check "Agree and Enter Account"

·        Click on "Enter Account" 

·        Enter your invoice or transaction number(s).  If paying more than one invoice, please enter additional invoices on the bottom left.

·        Click on “Continue to Payment”

·        Verify the information and check the box to agree to the terms and conditions

·        Click on “Make Payment”

·        You will receive a payment confirmation that you may print out.  You will also receive an email receipt.

Is my information secure?
Yes.   Each PayerExpress transaction is conducted over secure servers and all sensitive data, including your financial account information, is encrypted.  Your complete financial account information will never be displayed on screen. 

Can I pay my bill from any computer or mobile device?
You can pay your bill from any computer with access to the Internet or any mobile device.

How will I know if a payment made through PayerExpress has been successfully processed?
Once you have successfully completed a transaction via PayerExpress, you will immediately receive a confirmation page.  Additionally, you will receive an e-mail from PayerExpress informing you that your payment is being processed, when it is expected to be deducted from your financial account, and when it is expected to be posted to your bill.  The e-mail will also give you a confirmation number, which you can reference when contacting customer service to inquire about your payment.
